Cancellation of Services
(a) Voluntary Cancellation: You may choose to cancel our services at any time by notifying us in writing or through the cancellation process available on our website.
(b) Termination by Bluepond Consultancy Services Private Limited: We reserve the right to terminate our services at any time for any reason, without prior notice. In such cases, we will refund any fees paid for unused services.
Refund Policy
(a) Non-Refundable Services: Please note that certain services offered by MyHealthDoula may be non-refundable. This includes any one-time consultation fees, assessments, or other personalized services provided by our Health Guides.
(b) Refund Eligibility: If you have subscribed to any ongoing service or package, you may be eligible for a refund of any unused portion of the service fee, subject to the following conditions:
- You must request a refund within 7 days from the date of cancellation.
- You must not have used or accessed any part of the service during the applicable refund period.
- The refund request must be made in writing or through the refund process available on our website.
(c) Refund Processing: Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process the refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon.
